Frequently Asked Questions
I can receive email but am unable to send; what am I doing wrong?
First, look into your Account Settings and ensure that your Outgoing Server is listed as ca1.beagle.io.
Next, ensure your Outgoing or SMTP Port is set to 465.
Lastly, ensure that any fields listed as "username" are filled in with your full email address. In addition, please note that even if usernames/password is listed as "Optional" in settings - it's best to fill them in anyways.
I keep getting a message saying "Mailbox Quota Exceeded" and I can't login to my email. What can I do?
First, to prevent this from happening, try to delete Sent/Trash/Old emails regularly. Attachments (Images, files, etc) are what tend to fill up an mailbox fast, so downloading the attachments and deleting the emails is a good preventative measure.
Alternatively, contact us to request an increase on the size of your mailbox.
